Don Hartmann, President

President and co-founder of Hallmark, Don is acknowledged as one of the top financial and charitable planning consultants in the nation.  He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1981 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the same instituiton in 1983.  Don has over 35 years of experience in financial services and he currently holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 Securities licenses, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Accident & Health and Variable products.
 
Don's proven ability to take complex issues and make them remarkably clear has helped to enlighten and inspire audiences from coast to coast.  Don has conducted over 200 continuing education workshops for attorneys, financial advisors and CPAs in 14 states and has educated the trustees and staff of over 100 non-profit institutions.  He has also been responsible for the implementation of over $200 million dollars of family partnerships, charitable trusts and private family foundations.
 
Don's civic activities include serving as the Chairman of the Denver Emergency Services Council for two years and the Chairman of the Board of Sharing & Caring Ministries, an inner city ministry in Denver, for the past twenty-one years.  In addition, he is a member of the Financial Advisors Network for World Vision.

  

Jed Hartmann, Director of Retirement Planning Services

Jed graduated in 1998 from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a minor in Economics.  Prior to joining the Hallmark team, Jed worked for Renaissance Administration, Inc., of Indianapolis, Indiana, the world's largest trust administration firm.  As a client services manager with Renaissance, Jed was responsible for the ongoing administration of over 400 trusts.  With more than 6 years experience in trust administration, Jed brings personal and professional service to all of Hallmark Consulting Group's clients.  Jed holds a Series 7 Securities license, Colorado Insurance license, and is pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  Jed is an avid golfer and skier and lives in Castle Rock with his wife, Sara.

  

Vint Hartmann, Director of Investment and Insurance Services

Vint Hartmann started his financial services career right after college, in 1995, with Ameritus Financial Services.  In 1997 Vint began similar endeavor with a large insurance and financial services company.  For nearly a decade, Vint has specialized in helping families protect and grow their assets.  He holds Series 6 & 22 Securities licenses and a Colorado Insurance license.  Vint is also certified to assist clients with their long-term care insurance needs.  Vint enjoys skiing, fishing, camping and golfing.

 

 
 

Katherine Gray, Director of Operations

With over 17 years experience in office management and administration, as well as a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, Katherine is responsible for office operations, including the servicing and monitoring of all client accounts, management of financial resources and coordination of special projects.  Katherine also does volunteer work for the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club, and lives with her husband, Patrick, in Centennial.


  

 

Whitney Naiman, Office Administrator

Whitney Naiman, our Office Administrator joined us in September 2007.  She came to Hallmark with over 11 years experience in various administrative support roles, including over three years working for a top level executive.  Today Whitney is responsible for the management and maintenance of our client database, as well as other computer maintenance as needed.  As our web master, she is responsible for the new format on our web site and for all content posted to this site.  She also assists with the bookkeeping and works at the front desk, assisting clients.
